Nations are judged by God.

Psalm 9: 7 and 8

But the LORD shall endure forever: he hath prepared his throne for judgment. And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.

Psalm 9:16 and 17

The LORD is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah. The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all nations that forget God.

People have said that God does not exist, but this is not true. God does exist and we can see evidence of Him in His judgments. In 1962 the supreme court decided that we would no longer have prayer in schools and soon certain people declared that studying the Bible causes pyschological damage to children and so Bible study couldn't be taught in school. Children were not allowed to read the 10 commandments because they might learn that stealing, killing and adultery is wrong! From the time that this was decided we have seen a gigantic increase in poverty, crime, sexually transmitted diseases, teenage pregnancies, and abortions. Everything bad in the world! This is not surprising to me because the Bible says that if you sow to the flesh you shall of the flesh reap corruption... People have resoundingly said "We don't want God, that isn't freedom! We are humans, we are smart. We will trust in our own knowledge. God doesn't do anything good for us!" But you know what? God can be trusted, because God is just and righteous. God is calling people everywhere to repent of their sins and trust the Savior. The Bible tells us that we need to cease from our own knowledge because this leads to destruction and misery, but that God's is the way of life, through His Son Jesus Christ.

Psalm 9:19 and 20

Arise, O LORD; let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged in thy sight. Put them in fear, O LORD: that the nations may know themselves to be but men. Selah.
