Into His Marvelous Light

Jesus saved me! And it's because he saved me that I am not ashamed of the Gospel, because I know that it is the power of God unto salvation. He brought me from darkness and into light. I walked so long without Him, and made some very bad decisions. There are some truly harsh penalties for sin. The consequence of sin is in fact death, as the Bible says in Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death;" There are many warped and twisted minds in this world. Many who are perverted and depraved, twisted by Satan's lies... and there have been many who have not believed, and who would not have you believe either! But praise God, He sent a way to be made right with Him. Reconciled to God, the Bible calls it. He sent Jesus to save us from sin, the second half of Romans 6:23 "But the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Yet so many have not believed in the true and living God... Why? Because they do not know! It is the goodness of God that draws men unto repentance... but so many have not believed the record that God gave of His son, and they will not turn to God for salvation. It is my prayer that men and women everywhere would know the forgiveness of God in their hearts and turn to Jesus Christ for the salvation of their souls.
